The company follows no rules with encryption or protection of the images sending all photos to a single person internally with no protocol on how the photos are protected. They often share the photos around the office in staged contests of who took a better photo, and often make fun of the uglier children and those with disabilities. Employees get reprimanded for not getting disabled kids to look normal, and typical complaints to the state about unfair working conditions, illegal payroll practices and treatment of workers are dismissed by paid off state investigators that have close relationships with the offices in every state. Guys they were using these as ordering catalogs.
