Well, okey doke. Dunno if that's the actual guy, but it stokes interest nonetheless.
I just spent a few minutes looking through that guy's twatter feed.
No idea whether he's really POTUS' brother or not, but his twats and replies are next level. A number of them border on comic genius.
We don't have much to go on, but…
Looking at the video, best I can make out is that it looks like a guy's left hand, and there is something funny looking about the thumbnail.
