• Thursday, July 9th 2020 - Ghislaine will appear in Federal Court on 6 counts; 4 criminal counts relating to procuring minors for illegal sex acts, 2 counts of perjury.

She is expected to ask for bail, but it’s felt she’ll be denied due to being an international flight risk.

• Prince Andrew says he’s cooperated; according to US DOJ he has not come in for questioning and he basically knows he has to show up for questioning. (((No written response is allowed. Stop sweating and stalling.)))

/5:30 min mark/ - remote interview with Conchita Sarnoff - Conchita was “friends” with Ghislaine since early 1990’s, wrote a book.

• Ghislaine is supposedly “covered under immunity clause” - when Jeffrey Epstein was given the non-prosecution agreement back in 2008, Ghislaine was covered under that Federal agreement, not a state agreement. Conchita says Ghislaine’s basically untouchable because:

1) It was never overturned in 2018 - it’s a legally binding, non-prosecution agreement was negotiated by DOJ and Epstein’s attorney(s), it’s a (safe harbor) immunity for procurers identified in arrest reports and identified in Epstein indictment. (((Ghislaine named, but what about the other procurers?)))

2) Statute of limitations - it’s been 20 years
