Appeals court had 14 days to choose to do something called an en banc review. 14 days expired approximately yesterday/today. I haven’t heard of the appeals court (majority trump judges) picking up the en banc review either.

I’m not sure how much time Judge Sullivan has to bring everyone in and dismiss. Could be required today, but I suspect he gets some leeway (maybe within a week or 2) before the appeals courts starts demanding or assigning to another judge.

Once the case is dismissed the record will show Flynn was unjustly targeted by the Obama Administration, knowingly. Boom.
