Guise ... don't make too much of this. This was posted at about 8 this morning at a metals wholesaler. Biden isn't due here for 6 more hours.

Around noon, the Taco Truck will arrive.

By two o'clock the mess will be cleared up and the employees will be sitting 6' apart (and pissed in their useless and humiliating masks). If they weren't still "on the clock", they'd be dafukouttahere.

That said, don't expect a large crowd ... a metals wholesale outfit doesn't normally have a ton of folks there. They need people to receive the metal, rack the metal, cut the metal to customer spec and get it on the outbound trucks and not much more. A place this size will employ probably 50-60 folks when business is good. Right now, the Dems have killed business, so I wouldn't expect more than about half that number.
