An 11-year-old girl in Broward County has died from complications of COVID-19, according to records from the Florida’s health department. Officials released few details but said the infection is not believed to be travel related.
According to CBS Miami’s Jorge Gonzalez, the girl had several underlying conditions.

Please explain to me why mandatory masks were not implemented around March 22nd if they were serious about stopping the spread.
If they were thought to be effective, they should've been used from Day One.
