Roberts added that "The Stateโ€™s ability to prosecute serious crimes will be hobbled and decades of past convictions could well be thrown out," and that "The decision today creates significant uncertainty for the Stateโ€™s continuing authority over any area that touches Indian affairs, ranging from zoning and taxation to family and environmental law." from Zero Hedge article https://www.zerohedge.com/political/supreme-court-nearly-half-oklahoma-indian-reservation

Forgot about that. And you know, banks cannot exist without being engaged in money laundering.

ALL the largest banks do it. They are all involved in trafficking, banks here mostly with Mexico.

I seem to remember something related to concrete with OK too. But may be mistaken on that.

In any case, thanks for thinking of casinos. They are all mob. Indians get almost nothing from them. Mobs get all.

Yes, or Cadi's. No one more reliant on graft than Indians. Only a few benefit though.

And NO justice on the rez. Families only protect their own clan. Can't get more savage than these folks, unless they get the hell out and some of them do.
