"During the period covering fiscal years 2003 through 2006, the FBI initiated 1,658 investigations and made 537 arrests in matters involving Indian child sexual abuse. During the same period, the FBI initiated 134 investigations and made 39 arrests in matters involving Indian child physical abuse. This represents approximately 30% of all FBI investigations in Indian Country during that period. Crimes against Indian children have been, and will remain, a top priority for the FBI."

 

Theory time: Trump and his DOJ have taken great interest in these missing persons in the past year. I suspect the deep state is operating human trafficking rings on Indian reservations. They could easily fly under the radar on reservations through a combination of corrupt tribal officials turning a blind eye through bribery/blackmail and the difficulty state and federal law enforcement agencies have accessing and investigating on reservation land due to U.S. law.

Judge asks for full appeals court review of Michael Flynn case

 

"The panel's decision threatens to turn ordinary judicial process upside down," the brief filed by Sullivan reads. "It is the district court's job to consider and rule on pending motions, even ones that seem straightforward. This Court, if called upon, reviews those decisions—it does not preempt them. This case satisfies the requirements of Rule 35, and en banc review should be granted."

  1. The Supreme Court just opened itself up to congressional demands for the individual justices' tax returns.

  2. I can see a situation in which the House or the Senate decides that it must have access to all of the justices' tax and financial records each year to determine if they're influences in any way to write the decisions they write or vote the way they vote on numerous cases.

  3. The justices will not be able to argue that they are immune as a matter of separation of powers as they just shot down that argument as applies to the president.

 

Will this lead to legal disclosure of foundations?
