not a lawfag, but I think Maxwell's custody in New Hampshire before Judge Andrea K. Johnstone was terminated, meaning that the judge no longer had anything to do with the defendant.

His theory about her being in Gitmo seems good, not solid, but hopeful.

There was something in the court's paper allowing her to appear by video, but I can't find that doc right now - anyway, it said something about a certain block of time of when Maxwell would be available for video conferencing while she was in custody. Anons help me out there?

I found it - in the court doc for opting for video conferencing, it says that due to protocols at MDC, she could only appear at certain times and dates.

I don't know a thing about jail protocols, but isn't that something that is up to the prosecutor?

So maybe setting certain dates and times was just a larp to cover for her processing at Gitmo.
