Any lawfag anons out there?

I have been doing a bit of digging on the Cornell Law information dropped in a recent Q drop. My city has launched an insane "mask ordinance" accompanied by social distancing requirements. In past, true pandemics, there was a really high death rate and serious morbidity. All the demonstrably true information I've gotten about "coronavirus" suggests it is, at most, a severe flu. In fact, the death rate from muh corona is LESS than the death rate (within 6 months) of the flu vaccine (yes. VACCINE).

Can this be invoked against officials? https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/42/1983

Could businesses in my city file class action suit against the official promulgating the "mask ordinance"?
