Yeah, he means the next time they're sending in the big boys–MS-13 and similar gangs, around October time. They're training now (my supposition).
We begin at home by stopping unnecessary spending, and trying to live up to holiday expectations which have a drag on debts, and getting healthy with more home and cheaper cooking to avoid expensive healthcare. This is a philosophy we as a family followed, and it enabled us to teach our children at home, which in and of itself is far cheaper (not buying more expensive "in-style" schoolyear clothes, not being overly exposed to sicknesses, spending on lunches that end up being more expensive, etc., spending less on car fuel).
That said, many have that dratted college loan debts. This scheme on the Elites was purposeful, so these school debts that are excessive for overpriced, underwhelming "education", should be lowered or dropped.
And a big part of the plot was to saddle the parents with college loans. That ensured both parents be not present so they willingly hand their precious children to the government, local and federal.
