Was looking at the Wayfair stuff. Slide? Maybe. It got me to thinking about Amazon. For a period of weeks, we got a crap ton a stuff from Amazon we didn't order. Long story short, someone made a fake account with our name and address. It was weird… they paid for the stuff with credit cards that were not ours. Some articles about this phenomenon suggested some kind of review scam.

 

I have another idea…. money laundering. Send a piece of junk that was "bought" to some person at a price that is likely 100x the value of the item or more. Money instantly laundered….

 

Amazon refused to help until I said "FBI" is my next call. We stopped getting packages after that.
