it could be some AI-type naming algorithm, where they're making up fake business (perhaps money laundering purposes)
It makes no sense to me to advertise specific names of missing children unless they're negotiating for hostages… or unless they want people to be able to see pics and they're leveraging the favt that their clients know to look on those missing persons lists.
