*Anyone not wearing a mask/cloth face covering will be denied admittance as per Sections 201 and Section 206 of the Public Health Law, and Executive Order 202.14, Title 10 (Health) of the Official Compilation of Codes effective on 7/9/20. I thought there DOJ was investigating covid infractions? How can such an order ever be implemented?

Yes but a business is also allowed to deny service at their own discretion. That's how they're slipping this in. Fining the business for servicing those mask less
