Dr. Robert Epstein: Google Will Shift 10% of Voters to Make Trump a âBlip in Historyâ
Dr. Robert Epstein, the senior research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology, joined Breitbart Newsâ Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow on Breitbart News Daily to discuss how Google hopes to shift 10 percent of the voting public away from Trump to fulfill a company executiveâs stated goal of making populism nothing more than a âblip in history.â
Dr. Robert Epstein, the senior research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology, appeared on Breitbart News Daily alongside host and Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow to discuss how Silicon Valley companies manipulate algorithm to suppress content.
Discussing Googleâs efforts to suppress conservative content, Marlow states: âNone of this is gonna come as a surprise to this audience but I donât think a lot of people by and large understand exactly how much they can manipulate you, Google can, with just a slight tweak to search results or search suggestions or their algorithm⌠Everyone knows by the Breitbart leak of the Google TGIF meeting in 2016 right after the election that they said they wanted populism to be a blip in history, they wanted to basically use their power to make sure populism doesnât have long term effects, what does that mean?⌠Since then Breitbartâs reach has wildly diminished within Google, this cannot be a coincidence.â
Dr. Epstein replied: âI doubt that itâs a coincidence because itâs so easy for them to suppress content of any sort. I published a big article on this in 2016 called The New Censorship, I focused on nine of Googleâs blacklists, this is without ever seeing one and without the company admitting they had such things. But last year, Zach Vorhies left the company, quit the company and took with him 950 pages of documents and a video and two of those documents were Googles blacklists.â
âPeople donât understand how big this threat is, you mentioned that leak, that video that you exposed which was quite astonishing. One of the things that was said there by one of their top executives is âweâre going to use every means at our disposal, all of Googleâs power to make sure Trump isnât re-electedâ so if theyâre using every single means at their disposal, then theyâre using all of the techniques that Iâve discovered and probably more that I havenât discovered yet. Thatâs enough to shift roughly ten percent of the voting population of the United States with no one knowing theyâre being manipulated and no paper trail for authorities to trace.â
Dr. Epstein then outlined how he and his team fo researchers are developing a new monitoring system to track YouTube and the content that YouTubeâs algorithm is suggesting to users. âWe will be capturing what theyâre doing in real-time as its occurring,â said Epstein. âNormally you canât do that, because think about it, when you do a search on Google or see a newsfeed on Facebook thatâs generated on-the-fly just for you, it affects you, it disappears and itâs gone, itâs not stored anywhere. So thereâs no trace of it, you canât go back in time and see what these companies are showing people, you canât see the manipulations as theyâre all ephemeral, theyâre fleeting.â
Dr. Epstein has been at the forefront of tracking Googleâs election manipulation. At the Breitbart News Masters of the Universe Town Hall in 2018, Epstein warned that most Americans have âno idea of the extent of the surveillanceâ that Google and other tech companies perform on our daily lives.

China Demands W.H.O. Probe Coronavirus âOriginsâ in United States
The Chinese Foreign Ministry on Friday abruptly switched from welcoming the impending visit of World Health Organization (W.H.O.) investigators to demanding they send a team to the United States to investigate the âoriginâ of the Wuhan coronavirus there.
On the same day, the communist regimeâs Center for Disease Control repeated its allegations that the recent coronavirus outbreak in Beijing was caused by a tough new mutant strain imported from Europe.
The Chinese Foreign Ministryâs outburst came after U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Wednesday predicted the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) would prevent W.H.O. investigators from digging up any embarrassing information about the coronavirus when they make their latest visit to China.
âIâll repeat a theme Iâve been talking about for months: The CCP has an enormous credibility problem. They failed to tell the world the truth about this virus, and now hundreds of thousands of people all across the world are dead,â Pompeo said on Wednesday.
âAnd they now say theyâre going to allow the W.H.O. to come in. Thatâs great, but the W.H.O. needs to be free to do its real work. We need to make sure the right people are there to engage in this investigation, and we need real answers, not a perfunctory political solution,â he said.
âThis is about science, not politics, and the Chinese Communist Party needs to come clean with the world about this virus,â Pompeo said, going on to note that W.H.O. recently revised its official timeline of the pandemic to make it clear China did not provide the timely warning of the outbreak required under W.H.O. regulations.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian shot back on Friday that Pompeoâs remarks were âhypocriticalâ and insisted China is more âaware of its responsibility as a major powerâ than the United States, which has announced its withdrawal from W.H.O. President Donald Trump had previously warned the U.S. would leave the organization unless it implemented reforms to reduce Chinese Communist influence and give a full accounting of W.H.Oâs many missteps during the coronavirus pandemic.
âNow that the US has announced its withdrawal from the W.H.O., what right do they have to dictate Chinaâs cooperation with the W.H.O.?â Zhao asked.
The Foreign Ministry spokesman said that W.H.O. should send investigators to âtrace the origin of the virus in the U.S.,â which was either a childish outburst of sarcasm or an allusion to the deranged conspiracy theories certain Chinese officials have floated about the coronavirus beginning as a U.S. Defense Department bioweapons project. Zhao Lijian was one of those officials.

Trump To Sign Executive Order Giving DACA Recipients 'Road To Citizenship'
In a Friday interview with Telemundo, President Trump revealed that he will be signing an executive order on immigration which would include a "road to citizenship" for recipients of the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Speaking with anchor JosĂŠ DĂaz-Balart, Trump slammed Democrats for nuking a DACA deal, but that the Supreme Court's June decision blocking his plan to end the program gave him "tremendous power" to move forward on an executive order, according to The Hill.
"The deal was done. DACA is going to be just fine. Weâre putting it in. It's going to be just fine. And I am going to be, over the next few weeks, signing an immigration bill that a lot of people don't know about. You have breaking news, but I'm signing a big immigration bill," said Trump.
When asked "Is that an executive order?", Trump replied "I'm going to do a big executive order. I have the power to do it as president and I'm going to make DACA a part of it."
"But, we put it in, and we'll probably going to then be taking it out. We're working out the legal complexities right now, but I'm going to be signing a very major immigration bill as an executive order, which Supreme Court now, because of the DACA decision, has given me the power to do that."
DĂaz-Balart then asked if the executive order would be temporary, to which Trump replied that the DACA path to citizenship would be "part of a much bigger bill on immigration."
"It's going to be a very big bill, a very good bill, and merit-based bill and it will include DACA, and I think people are going to be very happy," said Trump, adding "But one of the aspects of the bill is going to be DACA. We're going to have a road to citizenship."

LancetGate: âScientific Corona Liesâ and Big Pharma Corruption. Hydroxychloroquine versus Gileadâs Remdesivir
Minor updates and additions on July 6, 2020
Introduction
There is an ongoing battle to suppress Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), a cheap and effective drug for the treatment of Covid-19. The campaign against HCQ is carried out through slanderous political statements, media smears, not to mention an authoritative peer reviewed âevaluationâ published on May 22nd by The Lancet, which was based on fake figures and test trials.
The study was allegedly based on data analysis of 96,032 patients hospitalized with COVID-19 between Dec 20, 2019, and April 14, 2020 from 671 hospitals Worldwide. The database had been fabricated. The objective was to kill the Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) cure on behalf of Big Pharma.
While The Lancet article was retracted, the media casually blamed âa tiny US based companyâ named Surgisphere whose employees included âa sci-fi writer and an adult content modelâ for spreading âflawed dataâ (Guardian). This Chicago based outfit was accused of having misled both the WHO and national governments, inciting them to ban HCQ. None of those trial tests actually took place.

perspective of the primary endpoint, time to recovery, a metric often used in influenza trials. Recovery in this study was defined as being well enough for hospital discharge or returning to normal activity level.
Preliminary results indicate that patients who received remdesivir had a 31% faster time to recovery than those who received placebo (p<0.001). Specifically, the median time to recovery was 11 days for patients treated with remdesivir compared with 15 days for those who received placebo. Results also suggested a survival benefit, with a mortality rate of 8.0% for the group receiving remdesivir versus 11.6% for the placebo group (p=0.059). (emphasis added)
In the NIHâs earlier February 21, 2020 report (released at the outset of the study), the methodology was described as follows:
⌠A randomized, controlled clinical trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the investigational antiviral remdesivir in hospitalized adults diagnosed with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) âŚ
Numbers. Where? When?
The February 21 report confirmed that the first trial participant was âan American who was repatriated after being quarantined on the Diamond Princess cruise shipâ that docked in Yokohama (Japanese Territorial Waters). âThirteen people repatriated by the U.S. State Department from the Diamond Princess cruise shipâ were selected as patients for the placebo trial test. Ironically, at the outset of the study, 58.7% of the âconfirmed casesâ Worldwide (542 cases out of 924) (outside China), were on the Diamond Cruise Princess from which the initial trial placebo patients were selected.
Where and When: The trial test in the 68 selected sites? That came at a later date because on February 19th (WHO data), the US had recorded only 15 positive cases (see Table Below).
âA total of 68 sites ultimately joined the studyâ47 in the United States and 21 in countries in Europe and Asia.â (emphasis added)
In the final May 22 NEJM report entitled Remdesivir for the Treatment of Covid-19 â Preliminary Report:
There were 60 trial sites and 13 subsites in the United States (45 sites), Denmark (8), the United Kingdom (5), Greece (4), Germany (3), Korea (2), Mexico (2), Spain (2), Japan (1), and Singapore (1). Eligible patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either remdesivir or placebo. Randomization was stratified by study site and disease severity at enrollment
The Washington Post applauded Anthony Fauciâs announcement (April 29):
âThe preliminary results, disclosed at the White House by Anthony S. Fauci, ⌠fall short of the magic bullet or cure⌠But with no approved treatments for Covid-19,[Lie] Fauci said, it will become the standard of care for hospitalized patients âŚThe data shows that remdisivir has a clear-cut, significant, positive effect in diminishing the time to recovery,â Fauci said.

The often evasive answers produced by Dr Mandeep R. Mehra, a physician specializing in cardiovascular surgery and professor at Harvard Medical School, did not produce confidence, fueling doubt instead about the integrity of this retrospective study and its results.
⌠However, the reported information that Dr. Mehra had attended a conference sponsored by Gilead â producer of remdesivir, a drug in direct competition with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) â early in April called for further investigation
It is important to keep in mind that Dr. Mandeep Mehra has a practice at the Brigham and Womenâs Hospital (BWH) in Boston.
That study relied on the shared medical records of 8,910 patients in 169 hospitals around the world, also by Surgisphere.
Funding for the study was âSupported by the William Harvey Chair in Cardiovascular Medicine at Brigham and Womenâs Hospital. The development and maintenance of the collaborative surgical outcomes database was funded by Surgisphere.â
The study published on May 22 sought to evaluate the efficacy or otherwise of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine, alone or in combination with a macrolide antibiotic. âŚ
It is therefore noteworthy that within 3 weeks, 2 large observational retrospective studies on large populations â 96,032 and 8,910 patients â spread around the world were published in two different journals by Dr. Mehra, Dr. Desai and other co-authors using the database of Surgisphere, Dr. Desaiâs company.
These two practising physicians and surgeons seem to have an exceptional working capacity associated with the gift of ubiquity.
The date of May 22 is also noteworthy because on the very same day, the date of the publication in The Lancet of the highly accusatory study against HCQ, another study was published in the New England Journal of Medicine concerning the results of a clinical trial ofâŚremdesivir.
In the conclusion of this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, âremdesivir was superior to placebo in shortening the time to recovery in adults hospitalized with Covid-19 and evidence of lower respiratory tract infection.â
Concretely: on the same day, May 22nd, one study demeaned HCQ in one journal while another claimed evidence of attenuation on some patients through remdesivir in another journal.
It should be noted that one of the main co-authors, Elizabeth âLibbyâ* Hohmann, represents one of the participating hospitals, the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, also affiliated with Harvard Medical School, as is the Brigham and Womenâs Hospital in Boston, where Dr. Mandeep Mehra practices.
Coincidence, probably.
Upon further investigation, we discovered that the first 3 major clinical trials on Gileadâs remdesivir were conducted by these two hospitals:
âWhile COVID-19 continues to circle the globe with scientists following on its trail, Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Brigham and Womenâs Hospital (BWH) are leading the search for effective treatment.
âBoth hospitals are conducting clinical trials of remdesivir.â
MGH has joined what the National Institute of Health (NIH) describe as the first clinical trial in the United States of an experimental treatment for COVID-19, sponsored by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of NIH. MGH is currently the only hospital in New England to participate in this trial, according to a list of sites shared by the hospital.
â Itâs a gigantic undertaking, with patients registered in some 50 sites across the country, getting better.

Utah Governor Declares a State of Emergency Due to 'Civil Unrest'
Salt Lake City police received reports last May 23 of a man making âthreats with a weaponâ and when they responded, they ended up shooting and killing Bernardo Palacios Carbajal.
The district attorney investigated and found the shooting âjustified.â The mob responded with demonstrations that turned violent and today, Utah Governor Gary Herbert declared a âstate of emergencyâ for Salt Lake City.
The Hill:
Protesters flooded the streets after the Salt Lake County district attorney announced that the May police killing of Bernardo Palacios Carbajal was justified.
âIn the case of the Salt Lake City Officer Involved Critical Incident that resulted in the death of Bernardo Palacios Carbajal, District Attorney Sim Gillâs findings provide significant evidence of the justifiable actions of Salt Lake City police officers,â Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall (D) said in a statement after the news was released. âThis evidence shows that our officers acted according to their training and the state law regarding use of lethal force.â
This was an open-and-shut case of a justified shooting by the police, as the Salt Lake affiliate of CNN reports.
The use of deadly force actually happened during two separate episodes, he said. The first was when officers were chasing Palacios. At that time, officers thought he had a gun, which is why they had their guns drawn as they were running after him, according to the report. But it wasnât until Palacios dropped his weapon a third time and stopped to pick it up that they knew for sure that it was a gun.
At that point, the two officers fired six to eight rounds each from about 15 feet away, striking Palacios in the back. Both officers fired at nearly the same time, Gill said.
But the family fueled the mobâs violent demonstration by claiming that Palacios shouldnât have been killed by police.
The family of Bernardo Palacios-Carbajal believes justice was not served. And while they expressed disappointment over Gillâs decision, they were not surprised.
âI am very angry with Mr. Sim Gill. This is not a correct answer, this isnât a correct decision he has made, and weâre going to keep fighting even though my son isnât here,â a tearful Lucy Carbajal said.
You can feel pity for a motherâs loss of a son, but it seems pretty clear from the evidence that the cops acted lawfully.
During a press conference that lasted about 75 minutes, Gil methodically went over police body camera video, surveillance video not shown before in public and autopsy photos to explain how he reached his 34-page conclusion that also contained interviews with the officers involved.
Officers Neil Iversen and Kevin Fortuna reasonably believed that they were in imminent risk of being shot or killed by Palacios, who more than once made concerted efforts to pick up a gun he dropped rather than run away, Gill noted in his report.
Evidence doesnât matter to the mob. Video could have shown the suspect holding a gun to the head of a cop and the mob would still believe the shooting wasnât justified.
But itâs a legitimate question to ask if Governor Herbert overreacted with his declaration of a state of emergency. The violence was easily contained by the police and there were only two arrests. The protest itself was declared âunlawfulâ after windows in the district attorneyâs office were broken.
Apparently, the protest petered out rather quickly and order was restored. Certainly, Herbert didnât want things to spiral out of control and his declaration could be seen as a warning to the mob of harsher measures if they become necessary. In that sense, Herbert was acting with an excess of caution, which he is justified in doing.
Not every police shooting is murder as much as the mob would like to think so. And not every police shooting should result in officers being arrested. People who are threatening officers giving chase give police little choice. The district attorney recognized that and ruled accordingly.
