I have an idea.
New York, Minneapolis and other Dem cities want bail out money for the riots, to pay for damage.
Make a fund and have Ben Carson as United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development be in charge.
Businesses affected by riots have to submit all insurance( what insurance covered) and detailed inventory/account of everything damage and stolen with pictures also provided of damage and any relevant police reports etc.
The money would be distributed directly to the business owners, home owners, with not ONE FUCKING DIME going to the state, Gov, or Mayor coffers.
All the black business owners affected would be given direct payments bypassing all the states slush funds. So by doing it this way, they can't come back and say Trump is mean/racist and won't help our cities.
As to the damage that occurred on state, public property( street signs, lights, trashcans, etc) will be payed for by the city.
Since most of the places that had the most damage, they let it happen and would not let police do it's job.
Also they are defunding the police, so all the money they defund, they can use to pay for the damages caused by defunding the police and having them stand down.
