Trump is trolling SCOTUS and Congress by crowing about the new powers afforded him by the DACA decision by SCOTUS.
In getting a soundbite to hurt Trump, SCOTUS gave Trump powers that previously rested only in Congress.
Watch what happens next. If Trump is shutting down H1B visas, why would he REALLY pursue DACA, which is a step down in quality workers?
Reconcile and think logically about this.

You're either part of this team or you aren't. We have NO IDEA what information Trump is processing or going on. We carry out the plan at our level and he carries out the plan at his level.
You either trust him or not. Till November 3rd we will have to go on faith/instinct. I don't like it but it's the way it is. You either take the oath and join the team or not.
