if deleted messages are never truly deleted, then wouldnt they fall into the same issue with twitter? remember the dick pic campaign?

If deleted messages on Facebook are NEVER deleted, then child porn that has been sent over Facebook Message would still reside on their servers. They would be storing child pornography.
Similar situation popped up a few months ago when we found out Twitter also does not delete messages due to the Veritas video. They also store tons of child porn images.
