Yes, this is the building. in the vid interview, it was stated McC had meeting for about 45mins and the 'meeting room' was within 1 mile of the border. Also it's the only building at Bab al salam refugee camp and it has the same unusual tiled flooring.

I don't know about the time frame for op smile. I was only focused on the EXACT location of the meeting.
