Absolutely.

Also, this particular topic is so complex, it can't be summed up in a short period of time.

I also find it has to be tailored (differently) to each individual.

I once said to someone, "I'm not going to be able to sum up 20 years of research in one night.".

It's almost like you have to plant seeds.

I also think the Socratic method is a good tool, as it forces them to think, at least in concept.

Still no easy feat.

Personally I also struggle with being able to understand and implement complex concepts, better than I can explain them.

I wonder if that is something others struggle with as well.

I feel ya. For other topics too, I hope the day comes when we are vindicated. Not for ego, but to repair old relationships that were damaged. I hope people that have dismissed me or thought less of me remember and come back into my life.

I actually went the other way.

I smoked pot multiple times a day, every day for about 15 years.

About 2 months ago I quit for the first time.

I'm clearer headed.

I lost a girl I was dating because due to the foggy-Ness from smoking, I didn't do a good enough job explaining what the whole Q thing was. It eats at me everyday.

I'm thankful to be sober though. The clearer head helps with researching Q drops and stuff. I'll never lose an argument or debate to a less informed person again, hopefully.

It was a strange, but welcomed side effect from Q coming into our lives.

Same. Even when I was young.

Was told dropping out of high school, I'd never make as much money as my peers.

Dropped out senior year (near the end), worked for a bit to save to go to community college long enough to be employable in a lucrative field.

Went into the field, make more money than most my peers, because I'm pretty good at what I do.

All the people telling me I was a fool, blah blah blah, make less and are STILL paying of their student loans.

When you have logic and question everything, even the most basic things, it can take you a long way.

(Please don't misinterpret this as me saying money is a measure of intelligence, it was just an example).

Exactly.

Most people don't even understand the difference between intelligence and education.

On top of that, most of what is considered "education" is just the memorization and reciting of "facts".

Like you said, no thinking is involved.
