One news story I read said Bolton is getting rid of all these people to stop the leaks. Unauthorized leakers should be punished in court.

>Sessions, on the other hand, barely got through. This is the REAL reason why he recused himself. Had Sessions made the appointment of Mueller, it would have come across as too partisan.
During Session's confirmation hearing, several Dem Senators asked whether or not he would recuse himself in any matter dealing with the campaign or HRC. Sessions promised that he would due to a clear conflict of interest. That is standard procedure. The ones who raised this issue didn't vote in favor of his appointment.
I have two thoughts on this.
1) It sets a precedent. If this is okay to do on the president's personal attorney, then it can happen to anyone. Maybe some of the scum, who we would love to see charged, are shitting themselves. These people probably hide wrongdoings using the veil of client-attorney privilege. Remember when HRC did her FBI interview accompanied with co-conspirator Mills serving as her personal attorney?
2) Perhaps this was a set-up to entrap more swamp creatures. Strzok and Page weren't looked at closely until after they both joined Mueller's team.
