If we "follow the pen" in the photo with the bakers, it points to the "proof"ing room. The other photo is an enlargement of the proofing room window. Q says "reflections are important". Not sure if this was covered in the past, but a picturefag could help tremendously here. Is that a punisher image or am I letting my imagination run wild? Maybe moar that I'm missing too.
