"Everly Quinn" seems to have no US employee identification number: https://eintaxid.com/
"Everly Quinn" seems to be missing from the Furniture Trade Name Directory of the American Home Furnishings Alliance. http://ww2.ahfa.us/ (AHFA member anon please verify)
DDG search comes up with many results for "Everly Quinn" products for sale on Wayfair and other sites, but no info about the brand or any parent company for the brand.
Does Wayfair screen "companies/brands" on its site to verify they are legit? How does Wayfair properly report sales tax collections and gross sales $ to state and federal authorities for products that seem to have no business pedigree?
