Foreign group do not have a 1A right to protest the government, and foreign donations I hope the SC meant, cannot be used to fund domestic protests even if they are by US protected 1A groups.
The good of some of this is, along with the EO of 4.4.20 re. foreign influence in telecommunciations, the Treasury and DNI can look into the sources of foreign funding with the understanding that foreign money should not be used with expressed intent to engage in protected 1A speech.

I think the question Q want answered relates to the SC ruling re. GS groups, if foreign groups are donating and domestic groups are then financing with the money to protest against our Gov that i the same as foreign groups protesting our Gov/Potus.

SA funding BHO, the overall question becomes if we know [F] money i being used to groom and develop, finance people who work to change our system, and undermine it by using 1A protections, what do we do about the financers and the puppets?
