I haven't done much digging on Waifair except to read some of the posts here. However, I think the Waifair story points to the answer to a question I've had for some time: How is it at some people and some businesses seem to be doing so well when I am constantly struggling? Perhaps a lot of the "successful" entities are really doing other things behind the scenes, things that are much more "profitable".
