Lastly, look up "Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Forces" which encompasses about 60 integrated task forces across the nation made up of key members from various city, county/parishes, state and just as important federal agencies.
Then , once u are educated, them call the sheriff's or constables office (not police( and ask them who is your county representative or member in that task force.
Then make contact with that local task force member.
