I was looking for the latest EO, and came across the site where they're all
listed: https:// www.federalregister.gov/executive-orders
Ironically, they don't have the new one listed yet. But I realized that I
hadn't heard of the majority of them–some of which sound like they might be
tied to Q's clues (e.g., "watch the waters" and "seals broken"). There are
still others that show that POTUS is, and has been, five steps ahead of recent
happenings. For instance, a few days ago the news was blathering about how
"China could win the trade war with one move" by witholding rare earths.
Besides being fundamentally untrue*, you can see that POTUS had already
addressed it long before he started rattling the saber ("ensure secure and
reliable supplies of critical minerals"):
Ethics Commitments by Executive Branch Appointees
Core Principles for Regulating the United States Financial System
Enforcing Federal Law With Respect to Transnational Criminal Organizations and Preventing International Trafficking
"Restoring the Rule of Law, Federalism, and Economic Growth by Reviewing the ``Waters of the United States'' Rule"
White House Initiative To Promote Excellence and Innovation at Historically Black Colleges and Universities
Comprehensive Plan for Reorganizing the Executive Branch
Establishing Enhanced Collection and Enforcement of Antidumping and Countervailing Duties and Violations of Trade and Customs Laws
Omnibus Report on Significant Trade Deficits
Addressing Trade Agreement Violations and Abuses
Establishment of Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy
Assessing and Strengthening the Manufacturing and Defense Industrial Base and Supply Chain Resiliency of the United States
Continuance of Certain Federal Advisory Committees
Amending Executive Order 13223
Revising the Seal for the National Credit Union Administration
A Federal Strategy To Ensure Secure and Reliable Supplies of Critical Minerals
Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption
"2018 Amendments to the Manual for Courts-MartialUnited States"
Federal Interagency Council on Crime Prevention and Improving Reentry
Taking Additional Steps to Address the Situation in Venezuela
This is about 1/3 of them; if you get a moment, go over to the site and check
them out because I might have missed something meaningful.
