He is the highest ranking person in the Chain of Command, they do what he tells them.
Hell, it takes a super majority in Congress just to equal a presidents power.

It might if that mask has activated carbon… It has a tendency to "attract" everything to it but only the air gets past.
It's funny, nobody discusses there are 2 types of N95. You can tell especially when you are painting w/fumes. If the mask is sealed worth a damn, you won't smell anything till the carbon gets loaded up.
Masks are still dumb… I have the best ones, still not going to wear them because other people are terrified of (something).
