Mindbody is used by Pilates studios, Yoga studios, etc for scheduling, payments, etc.

I don't know what other avenues they have going but I can tell you they SUCK for any customer service. When you call in the wait times are usually listed between 2 - 7 hours and you have to leave a call back number.
