Not sure about the details of that plan, but Van Jones has always struck me as unlike most of the "official leftist talking heads". I havent regularly watched them in years, admittedly, but he seems to be the only one who has persistently avoided demonizing Trump supporters and has warned the others that they are going down a dangerous road by doing so. Also, I remember when Project Veritas caught him on a street corner once… and the main "catch" was that he said the whole Russia hoax was "a nothingburger"… which was exactly correct. He KNEW it was BS. Rachel Maddow probably still thinks it is real.
