I used to exercise a lot. Fixed the body but not the mind. Weed addict since childhood. Brain is fried. Don’t let anyone tell you weed is harmless. I’ve quit before for extended lengths and always come back. It’s a silent killer. Maybe ok for a vet or someone who wants a natural pain relief. It’s not for everyone.
