Sure he can. The months are LONG. Even the weeks are long. The news cycle is changing every hour instead of every day now. So much change and transformation has been packed into a few short months and we still have the rest of July, August, September, and October to effect change.
Trump has plenty of room to maneuver right now. An entire year's worth of plot can be crammed into a short few weeks.

Frankly, the spam is done in such a way as to suggest that the spammer has a large folder of memes and offensive imagery to attack with. Probably a paid actor with this shit on a pre-issued file folder containing all his CP and memes. Might not even know what they're posting. Maybe even a bot running a script.
