I don't think anyone here is disputing the idea that a small number of filthy scumbags is behind this.
In fact that's what the Great Awakening is all about.
I think W. flipped early on.

One of the reasons I had a hard time accepting that 9/11 was an inside job was his reaction that day.
If he knew [they] were going to pull off this attack he could have arranged to be in a more dignified position.

He was angry and humiliated they did it without letting him know.

Eventually he got over it and did what he was told.

He cut a deal. To save himself and his family. Just a theory. I could be way off base.

What I implied was he isn't a big player in the 'game'.
Only he didn't realize that until afterwards.
He is guilty as hell of being complicit in the deaths of many.
But he wasn't calling the shots.
He just did what he was told and accepted his role.
He made a deal to save his (and his family's) skin.
That's all I am saying.
Or I should say, that is all I am theorizing.
He though that being president was the apex.
He found out it wasn't. At least in his case.
