A fire destroyed Faith Tabernacle Pentecostal Church in Elkmont, Alabama Friday night.

On Saturday a man drove into a church in Ocala, Florida, before lighting it on fire.

Next, a fire destroyed the roof of 249-Year-Old San Gabriel Mission Church in California.

Despite three churches burning across the country in just over 24 hours, you’re unlikely to have heard about it if you are only following mainstream media. It is highly unlikely that there would have been this kind of silence if the arsonists were right-wing or if they the places of worship been any other religion.

Former special counsel Robert Mueller sharply defended his investigation into ties between Russia and Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, writing in a newspaper opinion piece that the probe was of “paramount importance” and asserting that a Trump ally, Roger Stone, “remains a convicted felon, and rightly so” despite the president’s decision to commute his prison sentence.

The op-ed in The Washington Post marked Mueller’s first public statement on his investigation since his congressional appearance last July. It represented his firmest defence of the two-year probe whose results have come under attack and even been partially undone by the Trump administration, including the president’s extraordinary move Friday evening to grant clemency to Stone just days before he was due to report to prison.

Mueller said that though he had intended for his 448-page report on the investigation to speak for itself, he felt compelled to “respond both to broad claims that our investigation was illegitimate and our motives were improper, and to specific claims that Roger Stone was a victim of our office.

Several injured & missing after explosion, massive fire at biofuel plant in China (VIDEOS)

Multiple fire crews have been deployed to tackle a huge blaze raging at a biofuel complex in China. At least two people were injured during the incident.

An explosion rocked a biofuel plant in the city of Longyan in China’s southeastern Fujian Province, local media reported, citing officials.

Videos from the scene show massive plumes of thick smoke bellowing into the sky.

A witness told CGTN that the fire started during maintenance work at the plant. Other witnesses said they heard several blasts coming from the building.

Shooting and Stabbing in Washington State Leave Two Dead, Another Two Injured

Police in Bellevue, Washington said they received calls at about 7:30 p.m. that they described as "frantic" and with "chaos heard in the background”.

Two people died and another two were injured in a shooting and stabbing at an apartment complex in Bellevue, Washington on Saturday night, local police said via Twitter.

After arriving at the building, police officers found a dead body and three injured persons - one of whom later died at the crime scene despite life-saving efforts. The other two, a man and a woman, were hospitalised. The woman's life is not in danger, while the man's injuries are critical, the chief of police said.

Broidy, former finance chairman of the Republican National Committee, alleges in a lawsuit filed last month that veteran CIA, NSA, and U.S. military members—acting as hackers-for-hire—were employed by the government of Qatar to target Americans and others around the world. The group of former intelligence operatives was marketed by a company called Global Risk Advisors (GRA), whose CEO Kevin Chalker is a former CIA case officer.

Facebook has filed a patent for a system that hides audio clips in TV commercials. These sounds would be so high-pitched that they are inaudible to human beings.
