I think this photo was taken from the red dot position in the direction of the arrow.

 

NoName and the welcome center are PAST the checkpoint roofed over section of the road

 

I think they are at the red X position because the dome suggests it has a mosque in it, and that is consistent with a light bulb burning all day

Exactly. This large building with the mosque and the compound behind it were likely there before the refugee camp and are part of the border crossing. So they would be built with similar materials.

 

When the camp went up, they needed a mosque so they built one in the domed area of the large building which clearly has the shadow of a minaret on it. And the mosque is set over to one half of the building, so the other half has other uses. Could even have an upstairs meeting area where they all met.

 

And if this trip was also intended to collect some kids for the McCain Foundation's child trafficking business, just east of the meeting spot is a supply of orphans.

 

They may even have organized refugees to travel to Europe via Turkey from this camp.
