What about questioning the oaths they take? If they are Freemasons, they their Masonic oaths conflict with any oaths they take to uphold the Constitution. Weak argument?
I am thinking it is a good argument because, in witchcraft, satanism, paganism, etc., you can call out the oaths that bind them so then you are not giving them consent. From their point of view, if you do not call them out, then you consent to them.
