This would not be a legally binding contract. Nobody can enjoin a 3rd party ( non party ) to a bilateral agreement.

Contract law does not permit people to enter into an unlawful agreement. It makes the entire contract void. A Judge cannot later participate in accepting portions of a contract while declaring other portions void.

All contracts are a bargain for. You give and you receive. Ghislaine and all others could not receive a blanket promise not to prosecute. That is just words on a paper that only a Governor or President has the authority to Pardon.

It was a end run around a pardon written in legal jargon to make it look legit.

What that agreement would equal is he serves times for their crimes and that is not how any of this works!
