the judge hearing the case is Allison Nathan. she's not interested in justice. if this is bad for the Clintons, "judge" Nathan will run interference (i.e., grant a motion to dismiss the indictment).

perhaps the Maxwell indictment is a placeholder for something else, especially considering there's nothing recent in the indictment (alleged acts from 25 years ago). Maxwell is a sicko but is no dummy. she CHOSE to be in the USA. she could have fled to a non-extradition country, but didn't. she's probably been cooperating for a long time. I think this is about something more than rub and tugs for Alan Dershowitz's friend.
