Premise: the government has the right to use force of threat of force to compel you take take certain actions to protect the health of others

 

Conclusion: since most of the serious cases are cause by comorbidities (obesity, poor cardiovascular health, poor dietary control, lack of proper micronutrient intake, sedentary lifestyle), then the government has the right to show up at your door, search/confiscate junk food, and firce you at gunpoint to do 45 minutes of strenuous calisthenics.

Working to expand it into article length. Same argument applies for Universal Healthcare.
