thought this was interesting– some remarks the CEO made on a podcast:

Apparently, people can make a living selling these photos on Dreamstime. Quick back of the napkin math says that doesn't seem to add up.

they employ "keymasters" to help keyword your images for you. what this suggests is that there are certain keywords, perhaps rotating frequently, that match potential CP purchasers with the product, and that there are internal company contacts that coordinate that.
