Yes, blue/white like the other one I posted, Vernon C. Bain Correctional Center. The gray one is the HM Prison Weare (no longer in use). I suppose the HMP Weare doesn't have a blue/white paint job because its British.
The one next to USS Bonhomme Richard isn't a prison ship, I agree.
