>Evergreen Aviation

Dug on them a long time ago. But using the old "It's not what you know, it's when you know it" axiom, took another look.

Evergreen Aviation is a 'child recipient' of Evergreen Holdings which had (all FYs) nearly $650 million dollars in government contracts and multiple 'child recipients' - the majority of those contracts being performed in Afghanistan. The graph of Evergreen Holdings' government contracts is interesting - the money ramps up when HRC is the Sec. of State (2009 to 2013) and then magically disappears almost instantly when she's gone.

Can't help but think Evergreen is connected to an old dig on Blue Lantern (end-use monitoring system). Helicopters, OIG reports, Afghanistan contractors, South America, the Funk
