Not if you're in New York City. Love how the law is this fuzzy beautiful thing when it suits their anti-2A agenda. Imagine the father acknowledges the social contract and refrains from further contact, and there are no police. Maybe that guy will come back? These people are actually trying to make a legal argument against a father whose daughter was being raped. These people are sick.
