The big box stores still have 5 gal pails. Buy retail sizes. Learn to dehydrate. Name brand prepper buckets go in short supply every time some guy in Ethiopia farts sideways. Don't worry about that shit ... it's over-priced and if things do go south, you won't need a 25 year shelf life of mystery meat -- you'll burn through that stuff in the first couple of months.

If you REALLY must hook up with food from a commercial kitchen, look up the nearest Mormon cannery. If they have excess capacity, they'll slip you in. Cash and carry, no records.
