Do you seriously not understand how the moon cycles work?

Each day it rises a little bit later than the day prior.

So, if you go outside tonight expecting to see the moon at the same time you did yesterday or the day before, it will not be there, yet. One has to wait approximately 29 Earth days for the moon to return to a similar position/time with roughly the same percentage of moon visible
