I believe the intentional vagueness here is showing that Trump is not yet ascribing this to anyone in particular

 

He also does not say the new smart missiles will be coming from USA..only that they will be coming.

Russia vows to shoot down any and all missiles launched at syria, regardless of intent or origin

Trump basically just says "Well have fun with that, because more missiles will be coming. Serves you right for siding with Syria/Iran"

Trump does not say WHO will be launching the new smart missiles

Trump has not said definitely that ASSAD is the one who did the gas attack.

Trump is being very intentionally vague here

the flaw is that you are assuming that GKA in this tweet necessarily refers to Assad

 

It could just as easily refer to "whoever did the gas attacks" That could also be Syrian bad actors
