The Q lapel pin in the notables above shown as being on Mike Rogers is false. Rogers would not be allowed to wear such a pin on his military uniform.

I was the one that called it out in the bread as being false. Military regs are very strict on what can be worn on your uniform. About the only thing I can think of that would be allowed is an award of some kind from a foreign nation. Even then it might only be allowed for wear on the original day a of presentation.
Not sure what he is wearing there but it could be a command or unit badge. Definitely authorized. Additionally, if it were a Q pin, it most definitely would not be worn with the leg of the Q at six o'clock. Very strict rules on placement and orientation too.
