How was payment made to US person(s)?

Think Ukraine.

 

American "Aid" was used as payment for corrupt politicians and bribes, also to I think lots of those money was used to interfere in 2016 US election, some money went to Diplomats, I am not sure of course, but it sounds logical. ( This question is out of topic, but didn't diplomats carry suitcase which is never checked on crossing boarders? You can carry lots of stuff in one small suitcase ).

 

QUESTION: WERE UKRAINE ALLY OR ENEMY OF AMERICA WHEN POROSHENKO WAS IN OFFICE?

 

Ukraine was interfering in 2016 US Election. WHICH WAS CONFIRMED BY THE UKRAINE, AFTER POROSHENKO LEFT OFFICE AND FLED UKRAINE. (Probably now chilling in Bahamas. Kek).

 

So, Article 3: Section 3 isPURFECTLY JUSTIFIABLE"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies".

Ukraine at time when Poroshenko was in office WAS ENEMY (ELECTION INTERFERENCE, TO CHANGE OUTCOME OF THE ELECTION) (When Mr. Zalensky took office, they probably realized that Ukraine is in deep trouble, so they decided too coop).
