There is a cure for Bubonic and "the black death". (rolls eyes)

It's transferred by insect bites too. Keep you areas clean of trash. Keep the snakes and cats and especially owls around to keep the rodent population down.

I believe something is steering all this. Now the locusts are leaving Pakistan and heading to China.

China's own "good enough" work ethic and corruption has ruined their grain stores, and they are literally water logged at record levels.

China on average has 60 dam failures per year.

All the social surveillance in the world is not going to stop a billion starving and soaked population.

i think there are multiple sides to weather control and right now the USA has ignited the system where the other side cannot over power it.

Leprosy, also called Hansenโ€™s disease, is caused by infection by the bacterium Mycobacterium leprae, causing skin lesions, nerve damage, disfigurement and disability, leading to social stigmatization common to people with this disease. It is is spread mainly by aerosol infection, or coughing and sneezing, from human to human.

Typically, infection requires living in close contact with an untreated infected individual. Symptoms develop slowly, as long as three to seven years after infection. It is rare in the United States, with an average of less than 200 cases diagnosed per year in the last 10 years, mostly in individuals who immigrated from foreign countries where the disease is prevalent. Cultural enrichment at it's best.

Leprosy โ€” which is usually called by its modern name, Hansen's disease โ€” is curable with antibiotics, and has a low risk of being spread among people.

"This is not a public health threat," said Richard W. Truman, chief of the laboratory research branch for the National Hansen's Disease Program in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and the study's lead author. "Leprosy is and will remain a very rare infection,"
