The suspicion:
There's groups of various operative trying to break the kitchen. This month the operators are chinese. AFLB doesn't count because they are always around.
Conclusion:
if the kitchen were broken, nobody would bitch except anons. Ergo, the kitchen is working correctly because the usual suspect are singing their songs loudly with urgency, but no agency.
